Shipping & Handling

Our rates are flat fees based on total dollar amounts for US shipments. (joyababy does ship INTERNATIONALLY! Please email Customer Service at customerservice@joyababy.com for INTERNATIONAL shipping rates.)

Shipping to Canada: starts at $12.00 and up. After orders are placed, Customer Service will contact you regarding additional payment for shipping Internationally.

Shipping to Europe, Asia & Australia: Please place your order online with international shipping address. Shipping charges will not be accurate. After orders are placed, Customer Service will contact you regarding additional payment for shipping Internationally. These amounts vary, but are approximately an additional USD$5.00-$10.00.

We ship via FEDEX Ground. If you would like expedited shipping, we can arrange this. Please contact Customer Service via customerservice@joyababy.com. International orders are shipped via USPS INTL.

Shipping Timeframe:Orders ship within 3-5 business days from receipt of order, unless otherwise noted on site. Orders are received typically within 6-10 days depending on where you are located.

Sales tax: Sales Tax will only be charged to those purchasing within the state of Illinois.

Product Information:

Please advise that the joyababy Diaper Clutch is NOT intended to be used as a toy.

Product Care:

Cotton products should be washed in cold water with like colors. Tumble dry low heat. Please follow care instructions on each individual product.

Payment Options

We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express through Paypal. You do not need to have a Paypal account to purchase online.

Customer Service and Returns

We, at Joyababy, are committed to providing excellent customer service.

Our return policy is as follows

Returns will be accepted if returned within 10 days of receipt of goods. You must have a return authorization number (RA#), please email us to receive this number, it must be written on your package for return. You will receive a refund via the method paid minus the shipping fees. If you had received free shipping we will deduct the actual price of shipping from your refund. Your return must be in brand new condition with original tags and packaging! If you choose to return 11-30 days after purchase you will receive store credit. For store credit the item must be in brand new condition and you must have a RA# on your return packaging. Please note that any packages being returned to Joyababy, should be insured as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items.

Gift packaging

Gift-wrap is available for a fee of $6.00 per gift box.

Signature joyababy Gift Wrap: This includes items wrapped in turquoise tissue, placed in espresso brown gift box, tied with a chocolate satin bow and matching gift card.

Please include instructions for packaging items together, under "Special Instructions" at checkout. Items will be packaged individually if not noted. Also, if items are being sent directly to gift recipient, please include gift card note under "Special Instructions" at checkout.
